Delicious and marvellous breakfast to start the day with options of food and a good spread for Sth American standards, for instance. Favourable location in a very beautiful area next to Juan Zorrilla's park, the port area, and very good restaurants, supermaket, currency exchange stores and 950m to ramblas.

Good location, large fitness area, fun sauna

The carpet flooring reeked and felt unclean!!! The pool area had cigarette butts everywhere, and the glass walls were grimy. The TV remote was nearly useless!!!

The place was clean and stylish, it had helpful staff in the reception desk. The room I booked was brand-new with a good breakfast...

I booked a Classic King Room and enjoyed the comfortable bed and great location near restaurants and shops. Staff were attentive. Breakfast had some nice options like pastries and fruits, though the coffee left much to be desired. The bathroom, unfortunately, had a persistent sewage smell that really detracted from the experience. The pool area needed serious attention. The lounge chairs were falling apart, and the pool itself was cold with no sun umbrellas. I expected better cleanliness overall, but the room was tidy with daily cleaning.

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the cozy superior king room and the lovely swimming pool. The gym was great for a quick workout before lounging by the outdoor pool, perfect for relaxation. The only letdown was the breakfast options, which could use a bit more variety. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it! 🏨

Had a blast with my friends! The location is perfect for exploring the city and we loved visiting La Rambla and the local markets. The pool was nice. Just a heads up, breakfast starts a bit late, which may not work for early risers.

We had some check-in issues, like the towels not being replaced on time. Took a while to sort everything out but luckily, it didn't ruin our stay.

Oh my, the soups at nearby Mercado Williman are mind-blowing-homemade delights that tickle your taste buds! Plus, the location is prime, just a hop from La Choperia where I got to indulge in some killer milanesas. Can't forget about a comfy bed to crash after all the feasting!

Now, let's keep it real-the hallways had a funky smell, and the breakfast setup looked like a battlefield with crumby tables. Service was a bit phony too. I asked to change my room but got ghosted. Definitely a bit of a letdown!

The pool area and spa facilities were also nice to have.

I faced an unexpected charge for calls to a toll-free number provided by American Airlines upon checkout, disappointing.
